What to write about, and what to include

| A video came out wrong | Your project link, which scenes are wrong, and what you expected instead. A reference timestamp helps more than a description |
| Billing, refunds, invoices | The email you paid with and the order reference from your receipt |
| Brand extraction got it wrong | Your product URL and the correct hex codes or logo file |
| Privacy, data access, deletion | The account email. We may ask you to confirm from that address before acting |
| Security disclosure | Steps to reproduce. Please report privately first and give us a chance to fix it |
| Legal notices | Send to the same address, marked for the attention of legal |
| Press or partnership | What you are writing or proposing, and your deadline |
Response times
We aim to answer within one business day, and usually do. This is a small operation rather than a support organisation, so there is no phone line and no 24-hour desk. If something is blocking a launch, say so in the subject line and it gets triaged accordingly.
Refunds and billing
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so their name is on your statement and invoice. Refund requests can come to us directly and we will handle them; the policy and what qualifies are on the refund page.
