The product
What does supaintro do?
It generates launch videos for SaaS products. You supply a product URL, a line about what it does, and optionally a logo. It extracts your brand, writes a storyboard you approve scene by scene, then renders a roughly 60-second motion-graphics film with generated music, AI voice-over, and frame-synced captions.
How is it different from other AI video tools?
Two things. Its craft comes from a curated library of motion graphics launch films analysed frame by frame into named traits, composition, motion, cuts, typography, and pacing, rather than a style inferred from a text prompt. And it renders deterministic motion graphics in code, so on-screen text is real type and brand colours are your exact hex codes, rather than generated pixels that approximate both.
What does it not do?
No live action, no talking heads or avatars, no screen recording of your app, and no long-form walkthroughs. It makes short motion-graphics launch films. If you need a demo, a screen-recording tool is the right answer.
How long is the finished video?
About 60 seconds. The storyboard runs 5 to 9 scenes depending on your plan, and the pacing follows the cut cadence measured from the reference library.
What formats do I get?
A 1920x1080 landscape film and an intentionally composed 1080x1920 portrait film with no watermark. Both keep essential content inside their safe areas and share the same story and timing, with music-only and voice-over cuts, frame-synced captions, and audio mastered to -14 LUFS.
Can I edit the video after it is generated?
Yes, through the project. Scene copy, ordering, palette, and timing are all editable and hand-editing costs nothing, then you re-render. You cannot open the result in After Effects: the output is video files because the composition is code rather than a timeline.
Can I give it my own reference videos?
One to three. They are the highest-leverage input you provide, because they are the only instruction the system takes about how the film should feel. Pick films you would be happy to be compared to.
Pricing and billing
How much does it cost?
$59 for Starter and $149 for Pro, per project, one time. Not a subscription. Starter is one full take up to 8 scenes, plus one included revision you can spend as either a targeted adjustment or a new take, with 2 storyline re-writes. Pro is 3 takes up to 9 scenes with 2 adjustment rounds and 5 re-writes.
What is free?
Everything up to the film: brand extraction, the storyboard with verbatim on-screen copy, and hand-editing every scene. There is no free rendered video, because one authoring run costs real money to compute whatever resolution it is delivered at.
Who charges my card?
Dodo Payments is our merchant of record, so they are the seller on the transaction and their name appears on your statement and invoice. They handle tax in your jurisdiction, invoicing, and refunds.
Do you charge tax or VAT?
Tax is calculated, collected, and remitted by our merchant of record based on your billing country. EU VAT, UK VAT, and US sales tax are handled at checkout and shown before you pay.
What if the video comes out unusable?
Hand-editing scenes is free and fixes most near-misses faster than a full re-run. Beyond that, Starter's included revision covers exactly this case, and Pro's extra takes and adjustment rounds do too. Refund terms are on the refund page.
Can I buy more after I've used what's included?
Yes, on any paid project. An additional adjustment is $19 — it keeps the story, voice, music, and timing and changes only what you describe. An additional take is $29 — the same approved storyline, built again with a fresh visual and motion interpretation.
Rights and data
Who owns the finished video?
You do. You own the output and may use it commercially, including in paid advertising and client work. Full terms are on the terms page.
Do you train models on my product data?
No. Your inputs are used to produce your video. We do not train models on your content, and the third-party model providers we call are used through their APIs.
Which AI providers see my data?
AI providers receive text from your project, a screenshot of your product page, and the video the service generates, each only for the step it runs. They never receive your payment details. Every processor is named, with the category of data it receives and the region it operates in, on the subprocessors page.
Whose reference films does it learn from?
Ours. You do not supply reference films, so there is no reference-clearance question for you to answer. The service styles your film against a curated library we analysed in advance into named craft traits, and no footage, audio, assets, or fonts are copied from those films into yours. What you are responsible for is your own inputs, which is covered in the acceptable use policy.
Where is my data stored?
Project data in a managed database, and your uploads and finished video in object storage. The providers and their regions are listed on the subprocessors page, and retention and deletion are covered in the privacy policy.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete a project, and you can ask for your account and its data to be deleted by writing to support@vyanlabs.in. Deletion requests are covered in the privacy policy.
The storyboard is free, which makes it the cheapest way to answer the remaining questions.
