Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of supaintro. They cover what you may do with the service, what you get when you buy a film, and what happens when something goes wrong.

1. Who you are contracting with

supaintro is operated by Vyan Labs, a sole proprietorship of Sourish Sarmah, of Guwahati, Assam, India ("we", "us"). "You" means the individual or organisation using the service. Where you accept these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Purchases are a separate matter. Dodo Payments Private Limited acts as our merchant of record and is the seller on every transaction, so your purchase contract for payment is with them and their buyer terms apply alongside these. Your rights in the service and in the videos you generate are governed by this document.

2. The service

supaintro generates launch videos. You supply inputs: a product URL, written material about your product, and optionally a logo. The service extracts brand information from what you supply, produces a storyboard for your approval, and renders a video with generated motion graphics, music, voice-over, and captions. The reference films the result is styled against are our own curated library; you do not supply them.

The service uses third-party AI models and infrastructure. Output is generated, which means it is probabilistic: two runs on identical inputs may differ, and the service does not guarantee that any particular output will meet your expectations. That is why the storyboard step exists before payment.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a contract.
  • Tell us promptly at support@vyanlabs.in if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4. Purchases, plans, and allowances

Plans are purchased per project, one time, and are not subscriptions. Starter is $59 and includes 1 take; Pro is $149 and includes 3 takes and 2 adjustment rounds. Current prices and allowances are published on the pricing page and are what applies at the time of purchase.

Allowances are consumed as you use them and are tied to the project they were bought for. They do not transfer between projects and do not expire into a balance. Additional takes and adjustments may be purchased on an existing project.

Prices may change. A change never affects a purchase already made.

Taxes are calculated, collected, and remitted by Dodo Payments based on your billing location, and are shown at checkout.

5. Refunds

Refund terms are set out in full in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: generated output is a digital service performed on demand, so refunds are not automatic, but a delivered cut that is unusable is covered by your plan's included revision or remaining takes and adjustments, and we will consider refunds where the service failed to deliver what was purchased.

6. Your inputs

You keep all rights in the material you supply. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and modify it, and to share it with the third-party processors listed on the subprocessors page, for the sole purpose of operating the service and producing your video. That licence ends when you delete the material, subject to backups expiring on their normal cycle.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to supply what you supply, and that doing so does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. That covers your logo, your copy, and any material you paste into a project. See the acceptable use policy.

7. What you own in the output

Subject to your having paid for it, you own the videos, audio, and other assets the service generates for your project, and may use them for any lawful purpose including commercial use, paid advertising, and client work. We claim no ownership in them.

Two limits worth stating plainly. First, generated output may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, because the law in several countries treats material produced without sufficient human authorship as uncopyrightable; we cannot warrant that you will be able to register or enforce copyright in it. Second, because output is generated, similar inputs may produce similar output for another customer, and we cannot guarantee that any output is unique.

We retain ownership of the service itself: the software, models, prompts, compositions, templates, and everything else that produces the output.

8. Acceptable use

The acceptable use policy forms part of these terms. Breaching it is a breach of this agreement and may result in suspension or termination without refund.

9. Availability and change

The service is provided as it is, and we do not commit to a service level. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Where a change would materially reduce what an active paid project is entitled to, we will honour the allowances that project was sold.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy, for non-payment or a chargeback, or where required by law. Where we terminate for a reason other than your breach, we will refund any unused paid allowance.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that output will be accurate, unique, error-free, or suitable for your purpose. Nothing here excludes a right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

In particular, you are responsible for reviewing the film before you publish it. The storyboard step exists so that every claim on screen is one you approved as text.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred United States dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from the material you supply, from your use of the output, or from your breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the application before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms. The version in force is the one published here, dated at the top of this page.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
