Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the terms of service. It exists because a tool that produces brand-accurate video from a URL can be pointed at a brand that is not yours, and we would rather be explicit about that than discover it later.

The rule underneath all of this
Generate videos for products and organisations you are authorised to represent, about things that are true. Almost everything below follows from that.
Do not use supaintro to
Impersonate or misrepresent
- Produce video for a company, product, or brand you are not authorised to represent.
- Present the film as being from, endorsed by, or affiliated with someone when it is not.
- Use another organisation's name, logo, or trade dress in a way likely to mislead.
- Fabricate a customer, a testimonial, a review, a certification, an award, or a press quote.
- Invent a product feature, an integration, a security posture, or a compliance certification the product does not have.
Deceive
- Advertise a fraudulent scheme, a fake investment, a counterfeit good, or a service you do not provide.
- Make health, financial, or legal claims you cannot substantiate.
- Produce content designed to mislead about elections, public health, or a matter of civic importance.
- Generate video for phishing, credential harvesting, or any social-engineering campaign.
Supply inputs you have no right to
- Upload logos, images, footage, audio, or copy that infringe someone else's rights.
- Supply confidential information you are not permitted to disclose.
- Include personal data about other people without a lawful basis for doing so.
- Supply material whose use, by you and in your jurisdiction, would be unlawful.
Produce prohibited content
- Sexual content, and any content sexualising minors under any circumstances.
- Content promoting or glorifying violence, self-harm, or terrorism.
- Harassment, hate speech, or content demeaning a person or group on a protected characteristic.
- Content promoting illegal goods, weapons, or controlled substances.
Abuse the platform
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the models, prompts, or compositions behind the service.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label access to the service itself, as opposed to delivering finished videos to your own clients.
- Scrape the service, automate access outside a documented interface, or circumvent rate limits and entitlement checks.
- Probe or attack the infrastructure, or attempt to access another customer's data.
- Share account credentials, or create multiple accounts to obtain free allowances repeatedly.
Reference films, specifically
You do not supply reference films, so you take on no reference-clearance risk here. The service styles your film against our own curated library, which we analysed in advance into named craft traits: how a shot is composed, how type enters, how fast the cuts land, where the film goes dark. No footage, audio, assets, or fonts are copied from those films into yours, and the result is a new composition rather than a derivative cut.
What remains your responsibility is the impersonation question. Do not use the service to make a film intended to be mistaken for another company's work, or to pass your product off as somebody else's.
Your responsibility for the output
The storyboard step exists so that every claim in the film is one you read as text and approved before it rendered. Once you publish, the film is your advertising: you are responsible for its accuracy, for its compliance with advertising law and platform rules, and for any substantiation a regulator might ask for.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and may remove content, suspend generation, or terminate an account. Serious breaches, particularly impersonation and fraud, result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to the affected party or to law enforcement. Where a breach is plausibly a misunderstanding, we will usually contact you first.
Reporting a violation
If you believe a video generated on this service impersonates you or your organisation, or otherwise breaches this policy, write to support@vyanlabs.in with the details and any links you have. Mark it urgent and it will be treated that way.
